As a Revenue Recruiter at Power, your responsibilities will focus on enhancing our talent acquisition efforts, playing a key role in Power's strategy for rapid expansion. You will contribute to our mission of headcount growth by attracting and engaging outstanding talent. Working closely with department leadership, you'll receive mentorship and guidance to help you exceed our strategic hiring objectives.

Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To
  1. Collaborate with a team of recruiters to support national sales hiring needs.
  2. Manage multiple tasks effectively to meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
  3. Operate in a metrics-driven environment, tracking phone calls, interviews, and placements.
  4. Maintain excellent relationships with Hiring Managers to understand their needs and ensure a smooth hiring process.
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to enhance their experience and ensure alignment with job requirements.
Qualifications
  1. Ability to work in office full-time.
  2. Driven by candidate satisfaction.
  3. Comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment.
  4. Strong organizational, verbal, written, and follow-up skills.
  5. Ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
  6. Prior experience in recruitment or sales preferred.
  7. Openness to guidance and mentorship, focusing on personal and professional growth.
  8. Ability to handle multiple responsibilities with attention to detail.
  9. 1-2 years of professional experience.
Salary And Benefits
  1. Base salary plus commission: $90,000 - $100,000.
