As a Revenue Recruiter at Power, your responsibilities will center on enhancing our talent acquisition efforts, playing a direct role in Power's strategy for rapid expansion. You will contribute to our headcount growth by attracting and engaging outstanding talent. Working closely with department leadership, you'll receive mentorship and guidance to help you exceed our strategic hiring objectives.

Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To

1. Support national sales hiring needs by collaborating with a team of recruiters.
2. Manage multiple tasks effectively, prioritizing to meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
3. Operate in a metrics-driven environment, tracking calls, interviews, and placements.
4. Maintain excellent relationships with Hiring Managers to understand needs and ensure a smooth hiring process.
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to enhance their experience and ensure job requirement alignment.

Qualifications

• Ability to work full-time in an office environment.
• Driven by candidate satisfaction.
• Comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment.
• Strong organizational, verbal, written, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
• Prior recruitment or sales experience preferred.

Salary and Benefits

• Base salary plus commission: $90,000 - $100,000.
