Job summary

Thompson Hospitality is seeking a Marketing Specialist – Revenue Programs to oversee gift card, catering, private events, and promotional initiatives. This hands-on role blends project management, design, data analysis, and operational execution in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage end-to-end gift card programs, create marketing materials, build dashboards, and report on performance while collaborating across brands and departments.

Qualifications

• 4+ years digital marketing experience in multi-location venues (restaurants, retail, hospitality).
• Proficient with CMS platforms (Squarespace a plus), email marketing tools (OLO a plus).
• Strong understanding of digital KPIs and customer journeys.
• Proven ability to manage cross-department projects and balance multiple brand voices.
• Data-driven decision making with strong Excel and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end gift card program including promotions, tracking, inventory, fulfillment and ROI analysis.
• Create marketing materials and assets (flyers, emails, social assets) while upholding brand standards.
• Analyze campaigns and build dashboards to communicate results and recommendations.
• Collaborate across multiple brands and departments to drive revenue-driving programs.
