Job summary

Thompson Hospitality is seeking a Marketing Specialist – Revenue Programs to manage the gift card program, promotions, and related campaigns across Thompson Restaurants. The role blends graphic design, data analysis, and operational execution to deliver revenue-driving initiatives.

You will create campaign materials, track performance, and partner with multiple departments to execute end-to-end programs in a fast-paced environment. This on-site position supports growth across the brand portfolio.

Qualifications

• 4+ years digital marketing experience, ideally in multi-location restaurants, retail, or hospitality.
• Proficient with CMS platforms (Squarespace a plus) and email marketing tools (OLO a plus).
• Strong understanding of digital KPIs and customer journeys.
• Proven ability to manage projects across departments and balance multiple brand voices.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Gift Card Program Management: oversee gift card program, promotions, and ROI reporting.
• Creative & Graphic Design: create marketing materials and campaign assets, maintain brand standards; Canva required; Adobe Suite preferred.
• Analytics & Reporting: build dashboards, track KPIs for gift cards, catering, events, and campaigns; inform decisions with data.
• Ideal Candidate: 1-2 years marketing experience, strong design and analytics, capable of independent and cross-department collaboration.
