Thompson Hospitality Restaurant Group in Reston, VA is seeking a highly organized, temporary Marketing & Administrative Coordinator to provide hands‑on support across marketing, ordering, promotional materials, gift cards, donations, and administrative projects. This role requires a proactive, detail‑oriented individual able to own assignments and keep projects moving.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Proficiency with Canva is required.
• Adobe Creative Suite experience is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage and track orders for marketing materials, supplies, promotional items, business cards, flyers, coupons, and other items needed by the Restaurant Group.
• Maintain organized tracking of orders, deliveries, requests, and outstanding tasks.
• Create simple, professional marketing materials using Canva, including flyers, coupons, promotional pieces, and other collateral.
• Upload and organize photos and other content within designated digital platforms.
• Assist with gift card administration, including tracking, organization, and fulfillment.
• Assist with donation requests and maintain accurate records and tracking.
• Provide general administrative and marketing support to the Restaurant Group.
• Monitor a weekly task list and independently follow up on assignments to ensure deadlines are met.
• Work with team members to gather information and complete projects efficiently.
• Maintain organized electronic files, documents, photos, and marketing materials.
• Support other administrative and marketing projects as needed.
