Job summary

Kalogon, a smart seating startup based in Melbourne, FL, seeks a Revenue Operations Associate to scale sales for Orbiter Med, Orbiter Classic and Booster. You will prepare accurate quotes, convert quotes to POs, and produce packing slips, coordinating with sales, finance, and production.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in sales/finance or customer service, are excellent communicators, and comfortable with CRM and internal systems. This role is office-based with core hours 10am–5pm.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in sales, finance, or customer service.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• CRT experience is preferred.
• Strong email communication with internal teams.
• Adaptable to changing processes and environments.
• Fast learner.
• Technical aptitude to understand Kalogon products and use CRM.

Responsibilities

• Respond to quotes with accurate information to meet SLAs.
• Know Kalogon’s products to reflect production reality in quotes.
• Track changes in pricing and partner agreements affecting quotes.
• Escalate quote questions and keep sales informed.
• Master internal quoting processes and communicate feedback.
• Collaborate with sales/marketing to address upstream quoting issues.
• Expand FAQs related to quoting with other teams.
• Convert POs into orders with 100% accuracy and issue packing slips.
• Coordinate with finance and production for invoices and updates.
