Job summary

Gateway Ticketing Systems is seeking an experienced Revenue Operations Specialist to join our in-office team in Gilbertsville, PA. You will manage centralized quoting, order management, vendor management, subscriptions and maintenance, driving accuracy and efficiency across the revenue lifecycle.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree with 5+ years in a similar role, strong communication, cross-functional collaboration, and advanced MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years’ experience working in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Execute centralized quoting processes to meet quote goals and revenue targets.
• Generate Quick Estimates (QE) and Enhancement Requests (ERQ).
• Interact with customers on consultation, design, quoting and fulfillment of ticket stock orders.
• Negotiate pricing with ticket stock suppliers and oversee order delivery from start to finish.
• Ensure quotes are accurate and delivered on time; maintain supplier relationships.
• Review ticket stock purchase orders per policy and negotiated terms.
• Assist with monthly ticketing stock and supplies forecasting.
• Create Open Sales Order reports and update forecast for all orders.
• Maintain up-to-date process documentation and vendor pricing notes.
• Generate maintenance renewal packets and ensure accurate order confirmations.
