Practice Better, a remote-first SaaS platform for health and wellness practitioners, seeks a Director of Revenue Operations. You will own systems, data, and processes powering the go-to-market engine, instrumenting the PLG-to-sales funnel end-to-end and unifying Marketing, Sales, Success, and Payments into one revenue motion.

The role reports to the President and targets a 2–3x ARR scale, with US/Canada-based candidates welcome to apply.

Formación

• 5–8+ years in Revenue Operations roles at SaaS companies with $30–100M ARR.
• Hands-on mastery of HubSpot and modern GTM stack tools.
• Proven track record turning data into board-ready forecasts and efficiency gains.
• Experience supporting pricing, packaging migrations, and new revenue streams.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to the integrated GTM plan and annual growth in partnership with finance.
• Build and maintain revenue forecasting for subscriptions, payments, and add-ons.
• Drive forecast accuracy with scenario models and actionable leadership insights.
