Job summary

Sullivan on Comp is seeking a proactive Sales Operations & Business Development Coordinator to support revenue-generating sales activity for the California workers’ compensation market. The role blends HubSpot pipeline management, prospect research, and outbound outreach to engage trials, re-engage dormant leads, and book qualified meetings for the Account Executive.

The position can be remote with travel up to 25% and requires CA residency.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in sales and/or business development in the Workers’ Compensation, Insurance, Legal Tech, SAAS, or similar Legal Services industry.
Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM.
Experience providing client activation and renewal support to account management, sales, or customer success teams.

Responsibilities

Manage and prioritize the HubSpot sales pipeline, ensuring accurate deal, activity, forecast, and next-step data.
Monitor active trials and prospect engagement, conduct outreach via phone and email, schedule demonstrations and follow-ups.
Research target organizations, decision-makers, and market opportunities within the California workers’ compensation industry.
Re-engage dormant leads and previous customers through targeted outreach campaigns.
Support outbound business development by booking qualified meetings and advancing prospects.
