Qualifications

• Proficiency with PC software to include Microsoft Office.
• Must pass background and credit checks to handle money.

Responsibilities

• Review TVM reports and prepare revenue vehicle equipment before revenue operations.
• Replenish ticket dispensing system and reload cash/revenue stocks.
• Transport fare revenue with armed personnel to the Count Room and report revenue issues.
• Assist with cash reconciliation and daily operations for revenue department.
• Provide customer service and information about fare media and Lost & Found items.
