Qualifications

• High School or general education diploma.
• Four (4) years experience in revenue systems, cash/money transactions.
• Proficiency of PC software applications including Microsoft Office or similar.
• Must pass background investigation and credit reference check to handle money.
• Valid Texas Class C Driver's License; no DWI within 60 months; limited moving violations.
• Must pass physical exam including a drug screen to operate DART non-revenue vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Review TVM reports to determine serviced TVMs with Treasury Supervisor.
• Prepare revenue vehicle and equipment for operations before leaving the dock.
• Check and replenish ticket dispensing system with tickets and receipts.
• Remove/replace bill and coin vaults and coin hoppers; operate armored vehicles.
• Transport fare revenue with armed personnel; report failures or defects.
• Assist with cash reconciliation and daily operations; provide data for reports and audits.
• Provide customer service regarding fare media, lost items, and DART information.
• Promote safety and follow procedures; perform other duties as assigned.
