Job summary

Location3 is seeking a Revenue Operations lead to own the systems, controls and reporting that connect what we sell to how we deliver. You will align contracts, scopes, pricing, resourcing and Salesforce records with billing, while supporting onboarding and cross-functional collaboration across BD, Finance and Operations.

The role is Denver-based remote with occasional in-person collaboration at our Glendale office; 5+ years in revenue/ops plus Salesforce expertise are required, with the ability

Qualifications

• Five or more years in revenue, business, client or agency operations with accuracy.
• Strong Salesforce reporting, dashboards and data governance.
• Experience with Zendesk, capacity planning or vendor management preferred.
• Ability to document processes and produce reliable reports.
• Comfort with cross-functional collaboration without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Align contracts, scopes, pricing, resourcing, Salesforce and billing.
• Onboard and launch clients across multiple teams (BD, Account Leadership, Finance, Operations, Performance Media and SEO).
• Provide recurring revenue operations reporting for leadership (contract status, onboarding pipeline, staffing alignment, support performance).
• Manage Zendesk and franchisee support operations (ticket volume, response times, escalation patterns).
• Conduct vendor management and capacity forecasting.
