Job summary

Bestow is seeking a Revenue Operations Accounting Manager to join our Finance team. You will own the deal desk, review contracts, advise on revenue recognition implications, and bridge Sales and Accounting with robust governance.

The role emphasizes developing workflows, partnering with Sales Ops and Legal, and guiding complexities in usage-based and hybrid billing. This is a remote-friendly position open to the US, with a path to scale the revenue operations function.

Qualifications

• CPA license and public accounting background are required.
• Hands-on deal desk experience in a SaaS environment with revenue operations knowledge.
• Familiarity with CPQ/Salesforce and billing systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent the accounting perspective during deal reviews and in negotiations.
• Own the contract-to-cash handoff and ensure accurate billing configurations.
• Build deal review workflows and document standards for close and compliance.
