Lighthouse is seeking a data analytics professional to design and maintain trusted data models across our commercial and financial domains. You will own end-to-end delivery from requirements to implementation, partnering with sales, finance, and analytics teams to drive revenue insights.

You will apply robust SQL, data modeling, and dbt-based transformations in a hybrid role, enabling informed decisions for a global customer base and advanced analytics initiatives.

Qualifications

• Senior-level experience in analytics engineering or data warehousing.
• Strong SQL skills and hands-on data modeling.
• Experience gathering requirements and translating to technical solutions.
• Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical leaders.
• Knowledge of AI tools and responsible use in development.

Responsibilities

• Design and build trusted data models across commercial and financial domains.
• Model deals, accounts, regions, products, and expansion opportunities.
• Support revenue, retention, and churn analysis for finance.
• Own delivery end-to-end from requirements through implementation and documentation.
• Collaborate with commercial, finance, and analytics stakeholders.
