Job summary

Blueprint Technologies, a Bellevue-based technology solutions firm, seeks a Sales and Marketing Operations Manager to structure and govern the sales CRM, align data across account planning, forecasting, and performance reporting, and drive marketing attribution and segmentation.

You will collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and delivery teams to ensure data quality, actionable insights, and efficient processes that support growth across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales/marketing operations or related roles in B2B technology or professional services.
• Hands-on experience administering an enterprise CRM with reporting, dashboards, and workflows.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into action.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day administration, governance, and continuous improvement of the sales CRM including data quality and forecasting.
• Define standards for opportunity stages, fields, close dates, and ownership.
• Develop dashboards and reports for pipeline, revenue, and activity metrics.
• Partner with finance and marketing on planning, segmentation, and attribution.
• Create repeatable workflows for intake, proposals, pricing, contracting, and delivery handoff.
• Collaborate with leadership to surface risks and drive data-driven decisions.
