The Association for Uncrewed Vehicle Systems International (AUVSI) in Arlington, VA seeks a Revenue Operations Manager to drive revenue processes across memberships, events, sponsorships, and partnerships. You’ll own forecasting, pipeline accuracy, contract processing, and analytics to support strategic growth.

You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Business Systems to improve visibility, automate workflows, and deliver actionable insights that elevate revenue performance.

Qualifications

• Shown experience in revenue operations or sales operations.
• Strong forecasting and reporting skills.
• Ability to manage revenue pipelines and data accuracy.
• Proficient with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage revenue operations processes for membership, events, sponsorships, and partnerships.
• Maintain accurate revenue pipeline information in Salesforce and forecast streams.
• Own forecasting processes and provide leadership with revenue visibility.
• Prepare weekly revenue reports, dashboard analytics, and performance metrics.
• Reconcile commission info and support contract processing workflows.
• Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Finance, IT, and cross-functional teams.
