Job summary

Fortify Companies is seeking a Revenue Operations Administrator to build and protect trust in our revenue data, ensuring clean CRM, reliable reporting, and accurate commissions across Insurcomm, Rytech, and future acquisitions. This role owns Fortify's revenue operations and will unify reporting infrastructure as the platform grows.

You will partner with IT, Finance, and sales to standardize metrics, drive insights, and scale operations while exploring AI-assisted reporting and governance.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of revenue operations, sales operations, or business analysis experience.
• Hands on HubSpot CRM administration experience.
• Prior people management or vendor management experience with budget/contract authority.
• Experience building or scaling a function from scratch.
• Strong Excel and data visualization skills.
• High attention to data accuracy and commission calculations.
• Ability to manage recurring, deadline-driven reporting work.
• Clear written communication for documenting processes.
• Comfort using AI tools like Claude with critical judgment.

Responsibilities

• Produce recurring sales, pipeline, and bookings reports for leadership.
• Support revenue forecasting by keeping data clean and pulling needed cuts.
• Build and maintain dashboards giving leadership visibility into activity and results.
• Measure and report on marketing campaigns and cross-functional initiatives.
• Partner with IT and Finance to ensure reports are built on correct data.
• Use Claude to speed up report building and validate outputs.
• Contribute reporting and analysis to executive and board materials.
• Lead cross-platform reporting and data standardization initiatives.
