Job summary

Fortify Companies in Portsmouth, NH is seeking a Revenue Operations Administrator to own CRM strategy, revenue reporting, and inside sales across Insurcomm, Rytech, and future acquisitions. You will build unified reporting, ensure data integrity, and support the revenue team with dashboards, commissions, and process improvement, including AI-assisted reporting.

This role partners with IT and Finance, drives standardization of metrics, and helps scale revenue operations as the Fortify platform

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in revenue or sales operations, business analysis, or a similar role.
• Hands-on CRM administration experience, with HubSpot preferred.
• Experience managing people or vendors with budget, contract, or hiring authority.
• Experience building or scaling a function from scratch.
• Strong Excel and data visualization skills.
• High attention to detail with data accuracy and commissions.
• Ability to manage recurring, deadline-driven work (commissions, reports).
• Clear written communication for documenting processes and data.
• Comfortable using AI tools such as Claude for daily analytics with critical evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Own reporting and forecasting for revenue operations across multiple brands.
• Maintain dashboards showing activity, pipeline, bookings, and results.
• Ensure CRM data hygiene and reliable commission calculations.
• Coordinate with IT and Finance on data integrity and reporting.
• Support inside sales and vendor management as the function grows.
• Document processes, workflows, and reporting procedures.
• Explore AI-assisted improvements for recurring tasks.
