Job summary

Fortify Companies is seeking a Revenue Operations Manager to own CRM data integrity, reporting, and commissions across Insurcomm, Rytech, and future acquisitions. You will build unified reporting and support the revenue team with data-driven insights.

You will partner with IT, Finance, and Sales to standardize metrics, optimize processes, and leverage AI tools like Claude for efficient analysis while ensuring outputs are reviewed before leadership use.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or similar.
• Hands on CRM administration experience, notably HubSpot.
• Experience building or scaling a function from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue operations reporting, dashboards, and forecasting.
• Manage CRM data hygiene and commission calculations.
• Coordinate with IT and Finance to unify data structures and metrics.
• Oversee inside sales function and vendor performance.
• Document Revenue Operations processes and onboarding.
