Job summary

Fortify Companies seeks a Revenue Operations Manager to own CRM data quality, reporting, and commissions across Insurcomm and Rytech. You will lead revenue reporting, forecasting, and inside sales support while partnering with IT and Finance to ensure data integrity.

The role emphasizes building unified reporting, standardizing metrics across platforms, and driving efficient processes with a data-driven mindset. Collaboration and adaptability are essential as the company grows.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, business analysis, or a similar role.
• Hands on CRM administration experience, with HubSpot experience strongly preferred.
• Prior people management or vendor management experience with budget, contract, or hiring authority.
• Experience building or scaling a function from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Produce recurring sales, pipeline, and bookings reports for leadership.
• Support revenue forecasting by keeping data clean and pulling pipeline cuts.
• Build and maintain dashboards for visibility into activity, pipeline, and results.
• Measure and report on marketing campaigns and cross-functional initiatives.
• Partner with IT and Finance to ensure reports are data-driven and accurate.
• Use AI tools like Claude to speed up reporting while applying judgment.
