Job summary

Kenco Logistics is seeking a Revenue Operations Manager to drive profitable growth through scalable marketing and sales operations. You will manage data, CRM maintenance, reporting, dashboards, and marketing automation, collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize pipeline from lead to close.

The role requires 6–8 years of admin experience, Salesforce and marketing automation expertise, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; equivalent years of experience
• 6–8 years as an administrator of a system within Sales and Marketing; Salesforce preferred
• Salesforce Admin (ADM201/ADM211) certified preferred
• Proficient with Marketing Automation Software, ideally HubSpot
• Translate business needs into requirements and support processes to end users
• Create and document workflows, formulas, and intermediate content
• Strong analytical skills to extract insights from marketing data
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME and main contact for Commercial requests related to Salesforce HubSpot and integrated components
• Work with Demand/Lead Gen to orchestrate digital marketing programs
• Establish and maintain reporting and dashboards for Marketing and Sales activities
• Analyze Marketing and Sales data to identify optimization opportunities
• Provide training and documentation for accurate data entry
• Prepare data files and upload into Salesforce using data loader
• Deploy new system functionality including custom objects, formulas, triggers, and workflows
• Train users on CRM/MarTech platform functions and processes
• Oversee third-party Salesforce Managed Services for ad-hoc development work
• Maintain data quality and manage lists/data acquisitions
