Job summary

First Order Effects is a small founding team building vendor-agnostic, MOSA-compliant expeditionary infrastructure for autonomous maritime systems. The Revenue Operations role sits on-site with situational telework in Arlington, VA or Austin, TX, and will own the CRM, pipeline, dashboards, and market analysis to inform capture decisions.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in revenue operations, sales, or BD operations.
• Experience turning inputs into concise, actionable briefs for leadership.
• Ability to manage CRM as the system of record and drive pipeline hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Keep the CRM as the system of record with current opportunities, stages, and next steps.
• Build and maintain CRM workflows and integrations; report pipeline health.
• Create dashboards and briefs for CGO, CEO, and board; support market capture decisions.
• Schedule engagements and log follow-ups; prepare pre-briefs and post-meeting notes.
• Publish regular market reports; monitor federal budget cycles and competitors.
