Job summary

AGS - American Gaming Systems is seeking a Revenue Operations Manager- Interactive to serve as the analytic and operational backbone of its interactive commercial organization. You will own revenue forecasts, reporting models, and performance analysis to help leadership understand drivers of variance and opportunities for growth.

This hands-on, proactive role partners with Commercial leadership, Finance, Product, and Data teams to improve visibility and forecast accuracy.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, or related analytics role.
• Experience building revenue forecasts or financial models.
• Advanced Excel skills with complex modeling capabilities.
• Proficiency with BI tools (Power BI preferred).
• Ability to translate data into concise business insights for leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own weekly Interactive revenue forecast updates and variance analysis.
• Develop and maintain bottoms-up monthly forecasts across accounts and markets.
• Improve forecast accuracy through methodology and data governance.
• Analyze performance to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for action.
• Partner with Finance to align commercial forecasts with financial plans and definitions.
• Own the commercial reporting stack, standards, and data quality.
• Document processes and enable scalable reporting beyond institutional knowledge.
• Collaborate with CRM and product/data teams to improve reporting and insights.
