Job summary

Finch is seeking a Sales Operations & Analytics owner to make our pipeline visible and actionable. You’ll own pipeline metrics, incentives, and go-to-market tooling from NYC, leveraging AI to reduce manual work.

You’ll partner with the sales team to improve funnel conversion, map markets, and build targeted lead lists. A fast learner with 1–4+ years of experience and strong data skills will thrive.

Qualifications

• Around 1–4+ years of analytics or operations experience, with evidence of fast learning and meaningful ownership.
• Strong quantitative skills in SQL or advanced spreadsheets; you can pull, check, and explain your own data.
• Experience building something useful with AI or automation.
• A habit of turning a messy problem into a clear operating process and closing loops without being chased.
• Creativity in generating ideas, researching a market, and testing approaches quickly.

Responsibilities

• Build a reliable weekly view of pipeline across Finch, with clear definitions and numbers the team can trust.
• Identify the weakest parts of the sales funnel and test improvements that help reps close more business.
• Map the market for both offerings and build prioritized lead lists that steer outbound toward the right firms.
• Use AI and automation to build tools and remove manual work, including friction in contracting.
• Bring rigor to our CRM and sales processes, and keep the systems running after the initial launch.
