Job summary

Cohere is seeking an enthusiastic Revenue Operations Data Intern to join our team. You will help overhaul data infrastructure, build pipelines, and develop automated reporting for GTM and finance stakeholders.

The role offers hands-on experience with SQL, Salesforce, and cloud data tools, exposure to dashboards, and cross-functional collaboration across product usage, sales, marketing, and contracts.

Qualifications

• Interest in learning about Revenue Operations, data analytics, and GTM data flows.
• Some experience with data through coursework, internships, or projects.
• Comfort with spreadsheets and willingness to develop data skills in SQL, Salesforce, BigQuery, Looker or Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Support go-to-market reporting, systems, and data-driven decision making.
• Maintain and improve data quality across Salesforce and related systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to unify customer data across product, sales, marketing, support, and contracts.
• Assist in building and maintaining dashboards and reporting for GTM and finance leadership.
• Help with data pipelines that connect Salesforce, BigQuery, and other sources.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual reporting and operational processes.
• Support ad hoc data analysis and stakeholder requests from Revenue teams.
