Job summary

Cohere is seeking an intern to support Revenue Operations data infrastructure and automation. You will work on data enrichment, pipeline updates, and automated reporting for go-to-market and finance stakeholders.

You will gain exposure to data across product usage, sales activity, marketing engagement, support, and contracts while learning tools like SQL, Salesforce, BigQuery, Looker, and Tableau. Toronto or New York location.

Qualifications

• Some experience working with data through coursework, internships, projects, or activities.
• Comfort with spreadsheets and developing skills in SQL, Salesforce, BigQuery, Looker, or Tableau.
• Strong problem-solving ability and an enjoyment of data, systems, and processes.
• Detail orientation and a commitment to data accuracy and quality.
• Ability to learn new tools and work across multiple projects.
• Ability to communicate findings clearly and explain data implications.

Responsibilities

• Support go-to-market reporting, systems, and processes to drive revenue growth.
• Help maintain and improve data quality across Salesforce and other systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to combine customer data from product usage, sales, marketing, support, and contracts.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting for go-to-market and finance leadership.
• Assist with data pipelines connecting Salesforce, BigQuery, and other systems.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual reporting and operational processes.
• Support ad hoc data analysis and operational requests from Revenue team.
