Job summary

Emerson is seeking a Director of Revenue Operations to lead the development and execution of a revenue operations framework that accelerates growth, scales performance, and drives commercial excellence.

Reporting to the President, you will partner with senior leaders to translate strategic priorities into operational outcomes, align cross-functionally, and drive data-driven decisions across pricing, inside sales, BI, data governance, and e-commerce initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in Revenue Operations or Sales Ops with leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of Sales processes, pricing strategies, channel oversight, and customer lifecycle management.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement pricing strategies and approval thresholds.
• Lead inside sales, technical support, and customer care processes.
• Drive BI initiatives and real-time performance tracking.
• Establish data governance standards for critical business data.
• Own the Appleton Group Access Sales Portal and expand it to broader channels.
