Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business or data-related field.
• 3-5 years’ work experience in a revenue operations role in a tech SaaS company.
• Strong experience in SQL and querying large datasets, particularly using BigQuery.
• Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or similar.
• In-depth understanding of key SaaS metrics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• A self-starter who is ready to take initiative and craft solutions from the ground up.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Understand business context and build data-based decision frameworks to support growth.
• Use SQL to query and analyze data and translate findings into clear reports for stakeholders.
• Develop, refine and optimize information flow for growth and revenue metrics.
• Collaborate with the data team to design scalable data pipelines and keep reports up to date.
• Provide cross-functional data insights to sales, marketing, CS and partnerships.
• Continuously improve data collection and analysis processes and advocate for new tools.
• Educate non-technical teammates on how to interpret dashboards and reports.
