Revenue Operations Coordinator, Go-To-Market (Remote)

Steno is growing! We’re looking for a Revenue Operations Coordinator to join our winning team, which is revolutionizing the court reporting industry every single day. In this role, you will report directly to the Vice President of Revenue Operations and work closely with our Revenue Operations team on projects that impact inside sales, outside sales, and marketing.

On a regular basis you will

  • Support the day-to-day operations of the Go-To-Market teams, including ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of CRM data and reporting.
  • Triage, respond and resolve requests and issues that come in from the GTM team on a day-to-day basis.
  • Partner with Revenue Operations, and cross-functional teams, to implement process improvements and automation
  • Analyze revenue metrics and performance data to identify trends and improvement areas.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic projects aimed at improving client acquisition and retention.
  • Contribute to documentation and training around RevOps tools and best practices.
  • You have 1+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Marketing Operations, preferably within a startup or fast-paced environment.
  • You have familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and marketing automation tools.
  • You have strong analytical skills and experience working with data in Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau)
  • You have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • You are a proactive team player who’s eager to learn and grow
  • Salary - $68,640 - $85,000
