Job summary

Mirakl is seeking a six-month co-op intern to support its Ecosystem Marketing team in Boston starting January 2027. The role focuses on creating customer case studies, updating quote banks, and maintaining slide libraries to showcase proof points for AMER and EMEA.

Ideal candidates are undergraduates in Marketing/Business with interest in HubSpot, Zoom webinars, and Dust. Strong writing, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities are essential in this collaborative,

Qualifications

Pursuing higher education in Marketing, Communications, or Business.
Preferred experience with HubSpot, Zoom webinars and/or Dust.

Responsibilities

Create customer case studies and pull new proof points from existing content to support Sales and Marketing.
Manage Mirakl Connect's customer quote bank and slide library, building new slides and improving existing ones.
Keep regional logo slide libraries up to date as customers sign and churn.
Own the 'Ask Connect Marketing' AI engine: add new content, spot opportunities for improvement, and roll out enhancements.
Run G2 review campaigns by building contact segments from positive customer survey responses and coordinating emails with the Demand team.
Write copy for customer announcements across email, LinkedIn and paid social.
Support customer community events and roundtables by building HubSpot landing pages and emails and coordinating Zoom logistics.
