Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking an Associate, Business & Revenue Operations in Irvine, CA. You will design scalable processes, drive operational excellence, and optimize tools that support growth across business operation teams.

You will own data hygiene for the growth pipeline, generate analyses, and back decisions with data. This role requires initiative, ownership, and comfort working in a fast-changing environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in investment banking, management consulting, or internal strategy & operations.
• Strong ownership, low ego, and data-driven decision making.
• Clear written and verbal communication with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Build and iterate planning, forecasting, and operating processes for the Business Line.
• Develop analyses and operating rhythms to improve data accuracy and reporting.
• Partner with Business Development, Production, and Mission Operations on forecasts.
• Work with large datasets to surface insights and recommendations for leadership.
• Prepare concise materials for leadership reviews.
