Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years in consulting, finance, or operating roles at high-growth tech companies.
• Experience owning headcount planning, forecasting, or workforce modeling at scale.
• Multi-site facilities operations, space planning, or real estate coordination experience.
• Strong analytical, data-driven problem solving abilities.
• High ownership, low ego, and outcomes-focused.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Program Managers, Engineering Leaders, and Growth teams to scale the Air Defense business line.
• Own staffing infrastructure: headcount planning, recruiting coordination, and demand/supply forecasting.
• Manage facilities operations across 5+ U.S. facilities and growing international footprint.
• Define and evolve Confluence information architecture; drive adoption and content hygiene.
• Handle ambiguous, cross-functional problems across production, finance, growth strategy, hiring, and real estate.
• Lead end-to-end operational projects from Definition to Implementation and measure outcomes.
