Job summary

EAB, a leader in education insights, seeks a Revenue Associate to join its Commercial Strategy and Operations team in the Washington, DC area. You will be responsible for accurate and timely booking of revenue and sales commissions, and maintaining renewal pools in CRM and financial systems.

You will collaborate with finance and sales, analyze contracts in Salesforce, and support revenue reporting for leadership. This entry-level role requires a bachelor’s degree and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required and strong academic record.
• 0–2+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with Excel, CRM or databases is preferred.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Experience in team environment and office setting.

Responsibilities

• Analyze partner contracts to calculate sales credit in Salesforce.
• Ensure accuracy of renewal pool data in Salesforce.
• Perform regular sales and revenue reporting to senior management.
• Audit pool data and reflect changes in partner structures.
• Coordinate between finance and sales for data exchange.
• Handle inquiries from sales and finance about contracts and Salesforce crediting.
• Attend other revenue analysis projects.
