Job summary

EAB, a leader in education analytics, is hiring an Entry-Level Revenue Associate in Washington, DC. You will help book revenue, manage commissions, and ensure CRM and contract data align across teams.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s Degree and 0–2 years of experience, with strong Excel, CRM, and data-entry skills. This full-time role reports to Revenue Operations and offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 0-2+ years of experience.
• Must meet at least two of: teamwork, office setting experience, attention to detail.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, CRM systems, or databases.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage details.

Responsibilities

• Analyze partner contracts to calculate sales credit in Salesforce.
• Ensure accuracy of renewal pool data within Salesforce.
• Produce regular sales and revenue reports for leadership.
• Audit pool data for owned business lines.
• Update partner management system for changes in structure or new partners.
• Serve as liaison between finance and sales for data exchange.
• Handle inquiries from sales and finance about contracts and credits.
• Support additional revenue analysis projects and pacing recommendations.
