Job summary

Grow Therapy is seeking a Commercial Finance & Operations Lead to build the operating backbone for Provider Recruitment & Experience and our PCP/EAP motion. You will partner with GTM leadership and Finance to translate strategy into executable plans and to stand up systems, workflows, and forecasting infrastructure.

This hands-on, zero-to-one role designs coverage models, rebuilds forecasting workflows, and architects the data layer powering Revenue Operations, with a focus on AI-enabled

Qualifications

• 7+ years in GTM Strategy & Operations or Revenue Ops.
• Hands-on forecasting, territory planning, and pipeline management.
• Fluent in SQL; able to design data models and build pipelines.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and decision making.
• Experience building commercial infrastructure at early-stage or scaling company.

Responsibilities

• Build the operating backbone for Provider Recruitment & Experience and PCP/EAP motion.
• Lead forecasting, planning, and pipeline management for lines of business.
• Architect the core data layer connecting Sales, Marketing, CS, and Finance.
• Define AI strategy for Revenue Operations and implement automation where beneficial.
• Build dashboards and analyses for executive use and strategic decision making.
• Serve as cross-functional quarterback across Operations, Commercial, Finance, and Product.
