Job summary

ATOMS is seeking an Operations Analytics Engineer in Los Angeles to monitor revenue-related metrics, detect anomalies, and partner with Engineering, Operations, and Product to diagnose issues and improve data quality. This hybrid role focuses on early-warning health checks and actionable insights.

You will build dashboards and alerts, triage issues, and help ensure accurate, reliable data for decision-making.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with KPI and metrics experience.
• Proficiency in SQL and dashboarding/BI tools.
• Cross-functional collaboration with data engineers, product managers, and ops specialists.
• Ownership mindset with bias for action; proactive issue resolution.
• Bonus: experience with data quality monitoring/alerting systems.

Responsibilities

• Monitor core KPIs across customers and systems to identify anomalies.
• Investigate root causes of performance issues related to data, operations, or product changes.
• Build and maintain dashboards, alerts, and monitors for revenue health checks.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, and Product to diagnose and validate system behavior.
• Maintain and evolve health checks and playbooks to improve response times.
• Create documentation for proactive quality practices across the org.
