AlphaSense is seeking a Manager, Special Projects within Revenue Operations to design data pipelines, dashboards, and models that inform GTM decisions. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to unify metrics and drive data-driven outcomes.

The role emphasizes headcount planning, compensation alignment, and rep productivity, with opportunities to leverage AI in reporting and to modernize legacy processes while maintaining governance.

Qualifications

• 6-10+ years in analytics, BI, or revenue operations.
• Experience owning analytics solutions for Revenue Operations.
• Strong SQL, Python, and BI tool knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes to consolidate data into a trusted source.
• Develop, automate, and maintain reporting on core commercial metrics for Sales, Marketing, and Revenue leadership.
• Lead scalable analytics initiatives and provide technical ownership of the analytics platform.
