Job summary

Awardco is seeking a results-driven Revenue Operations Analyst to support territory execution, CRM data integrity, and the revenue operations workflow. This role blends high-volume operational tasks with analytical process improvement in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

You will partner with Revenue Operations leadership, Sales, and GTM stakeholders to execute territory changes, maintain assignments, run data audits, and ensure accurate CRM updates across Salesforce while driving data hygiene

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in Revenue Operations or related field.
• Demonstrated cross-functional ownership and partnership.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Proficient in CRM systems and large datasets.

Responsibilities

• Execute territory and account changes based on strategy and guidelines.
• Build/maintain books for new sales hires and manage ownership records.
• Perform data quality audits and resolve issues in CRM data.
• Support territory planning analyses and reporting.
• Manage operational requests and maintain SOPs for recurring processes.
• Collaborate with Systems, Data Ops, Sales, Finance on cross-functional issues.
