Job summary

DoorDash is seeking an analytics-focused operator to support the Ads & Promotions growth through data management, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration. You will manage budget data, own performance dashboards, and help with planning and forecasting while driving cross-functional projects.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in revenue operations or related finance roles, are fluent in Excel/Google Sheets and SQL, and can present to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in revenue operations, strategic finance, business planning, consulting, or financial analysis.
• Data-driven problem solver with fluency in Excel/Google Sheets and SQL; able to dive into difficult problems without a playbook.
• Detail oriented with a track record of implementing processes and driving toward solutions.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a complex, fast-moving environment.
• Confident presenting to senior cross-functional leadership.
• Able to wear multiple hats across various projects and workstreams.
• BA/BS degree required.

Responsibilities

• Manage key financial and operational data, ensure budget tracking accuracy, reconcile actuals with Finance and Marketing, and maintain reporting processes.
• Own business performance reporting by pulling/analyzing data for leadership reviews, building dashboards, and automating data workflows.
• Support quarterly/annual planning by gathering inputs, building models, and aligning with Finance and Sales.
• Lead ad hoc cross-functional workstreams and represent the Ads & Promotions team in broader initiatives.
• Leverage AI tools to automate and streamline the Ads & Promotions business processes.
