Revenue Operations Analyst: ACV & Forecasting

Job summary

First Advantage is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to own ACV and revenue performance, partnering with General Managers, leadership teams, and GTM stakeholders to drive visibility into pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and revenue realization.

You will leverage AI and analytics to improve forecasting, performance insight, and execution rigor, building dashboards and supporting reviews across the commercial lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Revenue Performance, Sales Analytics, or Revenue Operations.
• Strong working knowledge of Revenue Tech Stack (e.g., Salesforce, Gong Forecasting, ZoomInfo).
• Experience with BI platforms (e.g., Power BI).
• Intermediate or better experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS tools.
• Experience supporting pipeline reviews and performance discussions.

Responsibilities

• Own annual planning for pipeline modeling and Booked ACV targets.
• Monitor adherence to pipeline and forecast standards; identify risks and trends.
• Monitor and report on core performance KPIs including Sales Cycle, ASP, Win Rates.
• Analyze pipeline health including coverage, velocity, aging, conversion, slippage.
• Support weekly pipeline and operating reviews with data insights.
• Partner with GMs on rep and team performance and improvement opportunities.
• Provide insights into how pipeline and bookings impact revenue.
• Collaborate with Finance and Marketing Operations for alignment across pipeline, bookings, revenue.
• Provide performance analytics to support segmentation and planning decisions.
• Partner with Revenue Tech and Sales Operations for CRM analytics requirements.
• Continuously improve reporting, dashboards, and analyses for GM decision-making.
• Explore AI and advanced analytics to improve forecasting and execution.
