Sonesta International Hotels is seeking a Revenue Manager to drive hotel performance by transforming data and market insights into pricing, inventory, and distribution decisions. The role focuses on maximizing RevPAR, ADR, and occupancy across a portfolio of properties.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytics, forecasting, and stakeholder management skills, with hands-on experience using RMS, CRS, and PMS systems in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Hotel Revenue Management or related analytics role.
• Strong understanding of RevPAR, ADR, occupancy forecasting, pricing strategy, inventory management, and distribution channels.
• Experience with STR reports and revenue management systems.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute hotel revenue management strategies to maximize RevPAR, ADR, occupancy, and profitability.
• Analyze performance data, STR reports, market trends, booking pace, and competitive activity to identify opportunities and risks.
• Manage pricing, forecasting, inventory control, yield management, and demand optimization across assigned hotels.
• Monitor and optimize distribution channels, OTA performance, channel mix, and rate parity strategies.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and leadership to align commercial strategies.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly revenue forecasts and performance analyses.
• Lead revenue strategy meetings and provide actionable insights to leadership.
• Support annual budgeting and forecasting through data-driven analysis.
• Identify opportunities to improve profitability via segmentation and market positioning.
