The role collaborates with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to forecast demand, set pricing, and manage RMS/PMS across channels, with a focus on profitability and market share in a growing coastal city.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years in Revenue Management within hospitality.
• Proven ability to implement revenue strategies to improve profitability.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with RMS, PMS, and channel managers; knowledge of East London market is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement dynamic pricing and inventory strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy.
• Conduct demand forecasting, market analysis, and competitor benchmarking.
• Analyze historical data and market trends to identify opportunities and threats.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Front Office to align strategies and revenue goals.
• Manage and maintain the hotel's Channel Manager and Rate Parity.
• Optimize online distribution channels and pricing across platforms.
• Prepare regular revenue reports, forecasts, budgets, and performance analysis.
• Implement and monitor promotional strategies and special offers.
• Ensure data accuracy in RMS and PMS inputs.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and revenue management technologies.
