Job summary

RevWhisper is seeking a remote Revenue Management Assistant specialized in PriceLabs to support daily pricing execution and portfolio monitoring. You will manage minimum-stay settings, orphan gaps, seasonal overrides, and date-specific rules while evaluating booking pace and market conditions to inform pricing actions.

You will use spreadsheets, approved AI tools, and RevWhisper's internal software to organize data, investigate issues, and streamline repeatable workflows.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Implement approved pricing adjustments and verify in PriceLabs, PMS, and booking channels.
• Check rate floors, date ranges, and synchronization issues; escalate unexpected results.
• Maintain accurate spreadsheets, change logs, and portfolio reports.
• Use approved AI tools for research and automation while validating data and recommendations.
• Learn internal tools and suggest workflow improvements.

Position Summary

We’re looking for a remote Revenue Management Assistant - PriceLabs Specialist with demonstrated, hands-on PriceLabs experience to support our revenue lead with daily pricing execution, portfolio monitoring, and operational follow-through.

You should be comfortable working in PriceLabs from day one, including managing minimum-stay settings, orphan gaps, seasonal settings, and date-specific overrides. You’ll analyze booking pace and market conditions, recommend actions, implement approved pricing changes, and verify the resulting settings across connected systems.

You’ll also use spreadsheets, approved AI tools, and RevWhisper’s internal software to organize information, investigate issues, and improve repeatable workflows. We’re looking for someone curious and resourceful who checks AI-generated work, flags uncertainty, and follows through without needing every next step assigned.

This is a remote position primarily recruiting in the Philippines. We also welcome qualified applicants from other locations, including Latin America, who can reliably work the full required Eastern Time schedule.

What You’ll Do

Review occupancy, booking pace, average daily rate (ADR), revenue, recent booking pickup, and forward calendars to identify weak periods, unusual gaps, and high-demand dates.

Maintain approved PriceLabs pricing rules, minimum-stay settings, orphan-gap rules, seasonal settings, and date-specific overrides.

Review listing, group, and account-level settings and existing overrides before making changes, documenting the rationale and exact listings and dates affected.

Implement approved pricing adjustments and verify rates and stay restrictions in PriceLabs, the connected property management system (PMS), and booking channels.

Check rate floors, date ranges, booking restrictions, and synchronization issues, escalating unexpected results before making further changes.

Maintain accurate spreadsheets, change logs, follow-ups, and portfolio reports.

Use approved AI tools for research, summaries, spreadsheet work, and repeatable tasks while validating source data, calculations, and recommendations before acting.

Learn RevWhisper’s internal tools, document reproducible issues, and suggest practical workflow improvements.

Take ownership of assigned work, identify useful next steps, and communicate blockers early.

Required Qualifications

Demonstrated hands-on experience using PriceLabs on live short-term rental listings, with the ability to explain recent settings you personally managed.

Working proficiency with PriceLabs minimum stays, orphan gaps, seasonal settings, and date-specific overrides.

Ability to analyze booking pace and market conditions before recommending pricing changes.

Understanding of property management systems (PMS) and channel synchronization, including how to verify guest-facing rates and restrictions.

Strong spreadsheet skills with a focus on data accuracy and attention to detail.

Comfort using AI tools while checking outputs, protecting client information, and recognizing when human review is needed.

Ability and willingness to learn new software, including proprietary internal tools.

Initiative, sound judgment, clear written communication, and reliable follow-through.

Reliable internet and availability to work the full Monday through Friday Eastern Time schedule, including seasonal clock changes.

Willingness to demonstrate PriceLabs skills through a practical screen-share or sanitized case assessment without exposing confidential client information.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting a Revenue Manager or managing pricing across a short-term rental portfolio.

Familiarity with Guesty, Hostaway, Hospitable, Airbnb, Vrbo, or Booking.com .

Experience improving reports, spreadsheet workflows, or AI-assisted procedures.

Examples of independently identifying an issue, proposing a solution, and verifying the outcome.

Compensation, Benefits & More

Compensation: $5–$8 USD per hour, based on relevant experience and demonstrated PriceLabs skills

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Eastern Time, with a one-hour unpaid lunch (40 paid working hours per week). Schedule follows Hamilton, Ontario time, including daylight-saving changes. Full coverage of these hours is required.
