Job summary

RevWhisper is seeking a remote Revenue Management Assistant specialized in PriceLabs to support daily pricing execution and portfolio monitoring. You will manage minimum-stay settings, orphan gaps, seasonal overrides, and date-specific rules while evaluating booking pace and market conditions to inform pricing actions.

You will use spreadsheets, approved AI tools, and RevWhisper's internal software to organize data, investigate issues, and streamline repeatable workflows.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated hands-on experience using PriceLabs on live short-term rental listings.
• Ability to explain recent PriceLabs settings you personally managed.
• Proficiency with minimum stays, orphan gaps, seasonal settings, and date-specific overrides.
• Experience with PMS and channel synchronization to verify guest-facing rates and restrictions.
• Strong spreadsheet skills with focus on accuracy.
• Comfort using AI tools while ensuring human review when needed.
• Willingness to learn new internal tools and document workflows.
• Ability to communicate clearly and follow through on tasks.
• Available to work full Monday–Friday Eastern Time schedule, including seasonal clock changes.

Responsibilities

• Review occupancy, booking pace, ADR, revenue, and calendars to identify weak periods and high-demand dates.
• Maintain PriceLabs pricing rules, minimum-stay settings, orphan-gap rules, seasonal settings, and date-specific overrides.
• Review listing and account-level settings and existing overrides before changes; document rationale and affected listings/dates.
• Implement approved pricing adjustments and verify in PriceLabs, PMS, and booking channels.
• Check rate floors, date ranges, and synchronization issues; escalate unexpected results.
• Maintain accurate spreadsheets, change logs, and portfolio reports.
• Use approved AI tools for research and automation while validating data and recommendations.
• Learn internal tools and suggest workflow improvements.
• Take ownership and communicate blockers early.
