Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking a Revenue Integrity Analyst to support professional and hospital revenue capture across the system. You will educate providers and staff on accurate billing, assist in chargemaster maintenance, and ensure compliance with CMS and payer rules.

You will work with Epic charge capture modules, analyze revenue reports, and develop workflows to maximize net revenue while improving efficiency.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree required; if not, an additional 4 years of healthcare revenue cycle experience required.
• Epic proficiency or certification in Charge Description Master (CDM).
• Requires minimum 2 years of healthcare revenue cycle experience.
• Knowledge of CPT, HCPCS, and ICD-10 coding principles.
• Knowledge of Epic or related hospital ADT/Billing software.
• Proficient in data entry and electronic systems.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret financial reports.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw conclusions.
• Attention to detail; organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in Excel.

Responsabilités

• Provide high-level Revenue Cycle support for professional service across locations and staff.
• Represent Revenue Cycle in interdepartmental and department meetings to improve charge capture workflows.
• Analyze and draft internal controls to comply with government and payer policies and contracts.
• Monitor revenue, charges and WQ data; recommend workflow improvements.
• Collaborate with Epic system analysts on charge capture modules and upgrades.
• Maintain reporting dashboards; assist in KPIs and training initiatives.
• Stay current on new services to maximize revenue capture.
• Support audits and complex revenue initiatives as needed.
