Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking a Pharmacy Reimbursement Analyst to strengthen the revenue cycle and reimbursement performance across pharmacy services. You will analyze reimbursements, denials, rebates, and payer trends, partnering with Pharmacy Operations, Finance, and IS teams to optimize revenue integrity.

The role emphasizes data analytics, dashboards, and cross-functional collaboration to drive financial improvements in a large health system setting.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Healthcare Administration or related field.
3+ years of healthcare revenue cycle, pharmacy finance or analytics experience.
Advanced Excel and data analytics skills for actionable insights.
Strong analytical, organizational and project management abilities.

Responsibilities

Analyze reimbursement, denials, underpayments and AR trends to identify recovery opportunities.
Perform analytics, rebate reconciliation, dispute management and reporting.
Analyze 340B and MFP rebates; prepare appeals and disputes with manufacturers and payers.
Investigate payer denials and coordinate resolution with stakeholders.
Support charge capture, revenue cycle improvements and integrity.
Develop dashboards tracking reimbursement performance and key financial indicators.
Collaborate with pharmacy leadership, finance and IT to improve outcomes.
Stay current on reimbursement regulations and payer policies.
