Responsibilities

• Resolve registration, coverage, and eligibility issues within Epic queues to prevent denials.
• Post manual adjustments and route high-impact cases for senior review.
• Address external clearinghouse edits and payor rejections.
• Collaborate with departments, vendors, and carriers to resolve registration questions.
• Provide training and education to reduce errors and improve revenue.
