Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: Associate degree or equivalent experience.
• Billing certification preferred – Epic Resolute Professional/Hospital Billing Admin (Proficiency, Proficiency w/ Honors, or Certification)
• Experience: 3 years of experience in registration billing and denial management environment-related field or front-end access-related field.

Responsibilities

• Resolve registration, coverage, and eligibility issues in Epic work queues to prevent denials.
• Post manual adjustments with appropriate codes and escalate high-impact cases for review.
• Handle external clearinghouse edits and payor rejections promptly.
• Collaborate across departments and with vendors to resolve billing issues and educate staff.
