Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking a Revenue Integrity Senior Analyst to oversee enterprise-wide coding and revenue integrity initiatives. You will monitor charge reconciliation, CDM and fee schedule updates, and coding quality, while leading education programs and collaborating with HMFP departments to optimize reimbursement.

Ideal candidates have CPC certification, 5+ years of physician revenue operations experience, and strong knowledge of CPT/HCPCS/ICD-10 with EPIC PB and Power BI

Qualifications

• 5+ years in physician revenue operations.
• CPC certification required.
• In-depth knowledge of CPT, HCPCS and ICD-10.
• Experience with EPIC PB preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor adherence to professional charge reconciliation and coding quality.
• Lead CDM and fee schedule maintenance activities.
• Review CPT/HCPCS/wRVU changes for accuracy and reimbursement impact.
• Develop and deliver revenue integrity education programs.
• Prepare reports and present findings to stakeholders.
