Job summary

externallincarecareers is seeking a billing/revenue cycle professional to manage day-to-day office operations in Clearwater, FL. You will ensure accurate revenue recognition and collaborate with managed care contract admins, regional billing offices, and centers to input terms into billing software and enforce compliance across the organization.

The role involves running A/R reports, reviewing revenue data for issues, and supporting corporate directives on fee schedules and claims payments.

Qualifications

AA degree or equivalent education/experience.
Experience with billing processes and revenue cycles is helpful.
Experience with training and communicating policies is a plus.

Responsibilities

Ensure revenues are recognized accurately and at full potential.
Work with Managed Care Contract administrators, regional billing offices, and centers to input contract terms into billing software and ensure compliance.
Run A/R reports, customer lists, and review revenue reports for potential issues.
Collaborate with billing offices on revenue issues and training needs.
Deliver directives from Corporate on fee schedule changes and claims payments.
Assist in identifying areas that need to be reworked/addressed.
Create and maintain pricing matrices and payer setups as directed.
